Spring Break 2026 Baking Camp
April 6th-April 10th/ 9:00-12:30
Campers will be making:
Strawberry Shortcake, Iced Oatmeal Cookies, Tres Leches Cake
Flour Tortillas (Quesadillas), Irish Soda Bread,
Chocolate & Vanilla Swirled Pound Cake
Apple Pie Bars & Spring Lamb Themed Cakes

For Both camps, campers will arrive at 9:00 and bake until snack time, approximately 10:30.  They will have snack and drink some water, chill out and then continue to bake until they are picked up at 12:30.

Full Days 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Half Days:  9 am - 12:30 pm 

The Full Day Campers will be staying until 5 Pm this year. They will be baking until 12:30. They will have lunch, and then spend the afternoon swimming in the swimming pool in my backyard.  The kids will take breaks during the afternoon to snack, rehydrate & reapply sunscreen.

Half Day Campers will arrive at 9:00 and bake until snack time, approximately 10:30.  They will have snack and drink some water, chill out and then continue to bake until they are picked up at 12:30.

Please send your child with a water bottle, closed toes shoes and hair tied back.
Full Day Campers also need to bring: Lunch, Bathing Suit, Towel, 
Sunscreen & Goggles.
** If your child is not a strong swimmer, please send them with floaties or a swim training vest.**
There will be 2 lifeguards on duty at all times, and I will  also be with the children the entire time they are in the pool. 



Savory & Sweet Baking Week:
June 8th-June 12th
Chocolate Pudding Bundt Cake, Bacon & Cheddar Corn Bread, German Apple Cake, Pesto Pull-Apart Rolls, Chocolate Cream Pie, Everyday Bread Loaf, Old Fashioned Doughnuts, Ham & Cheese Croissants, Cinnamon Rolls & Cheese Straws.

British Baking Week:
June 15th-June 19th

Scandinavian Baking Week:
June 22nd - June 26th
