I am sorry; I'm a day late getting this out.  This weekend was wonderfully full.  And now more rain!  One of my boys' games was cancelled and he was seriously unimpressed.  My menu is a mix of comfort/cozy for the rain today and light/spring, because I know that delicious weather of last week is coming back.

Here is the menu for March 25th through March 29th

 

Dinners are available Monday through Friday delivered between 5:30 and 7:00. If you happened to be at a Little League game I can drop your dinner off to you there.

 

I will deliver an insulated satchel with the dinner you have selected from

the following list.

All the containers are reusable or recyclable.

Just put everything back in the containers and text/email me when you want me to come

pick up the empties.  

 

1.   Select 1 main dish choice and then select 2 choices from three of the

other dinner components: sides, salads or dessert.

Salads

*Simple Mixed Green Salad with goat cheese crostini

*Greek Panzanella: bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes & Kalamata olives with crunchy croutons tossed in a red wine vinaigrette

*Anna'a Chopped Salad with romaine lettuce, grated carrots, sliced cucumbers, black olives, cheddar cheese, slivered red onions, artichokes with "Ranch" dressing or Dijon vinaigrette

 

Sides

*Roasted Cauliflower Soup garnished with hazelnuts 

*Israeli Couscous with caramelized fennel & Spinach

*Sauteed Asparagus with a lemon sauce 

*Baked Mac & Cheese:  golden & cheesey

*Roasted Rosemary Potatoes with crunchy edges & fluffy insides

 

Mains

*Chicken & Waffles:  Buttermilk marinated chicken served with waffles & spicy maple syrup

*Lasagna with Bechamel & Bolognese

*Salmon with asparagus, peas, dill & capers

*Braised Pork Shoulder with Hawaiian Rolls & crunchy coleslaw

*Meyer Lemon Ice Cream with gingersnaps

*Individual Vanilla Bean Cheesecakes with strawberries

*Shortbread Cookies Dipped in Dark & Milk Chocolate

*Strawberry Parfait with whipped cream, vanilla custard & pound cake

*White Chocolate Strawberry Swirl Ice Cream with crispy cookie
